A magnificent antique
jewellery set from Khiva ( Khorezem ), in Uzbekistan. Consisting of
a triple necklace, temple hanging and earrings. Superb craftmanship in
silver filigreed and partially fire gilded, ornamented with superb pale
coral, turquoises, blue glass beads, cornelians and colored glass
cabochons. In very good conditions, ligthly crushed as usual for these
pieces, some small beads missing. Second half of the 19th century, early
20th century. See similar piece in " The Arts and Crafts of
Turkestan " by Johannes Kalter, p. 115 and in " Uzbekistan "
by Johannes Kalter and Margarita Pavaloi, p. 292. A MUSEUM PIECE FOR
COLLECTORS ! It measure about 50 cm. ( 19.68" ) in width from earring to
earring. The temple hanging, including the earings are 39 cm. ( 15.35" )
height. The medaillons measure ca 7.5 cm. by 6 cm. ( 2.95" by 2.36" ),
including the dangles and the diameter of the loop of the earrings is

Teke Tribe. In very good conditions, with the gold-wash well
preserved. Beautiful

color carnelians. Very old pieces, early 20th century, with signs of age and wear. These bracelets can be difficult to fit and they
cannot be bent to change their shape : your measurements should be close

rectangular silver Tajik amulet container from Turkestan or
Northern Afghanistan. Chased silver on both sides.
The front side is partially fire-gilded and present the date of 1333
from Hegira, about 1915 AD. Nice silver chain with russian
coins ( dated from 1905 to 1915 ).
Openable, it is just fixed with a stem connected to one bead attached at
the silver chain. Excellent quality of silver alloy. Early 20th century.
The upper filigree decoration is missing. A very good sample for

mixed metal and bakelite Turkoman head-dress from
Central Asia. Excellent piece for collectors, well complete with
three trains, decorated with shells. In very good conditions, still
containing the textile hat to protect the head. It measure
about 16.5 cm. ( 6.49" ) in diameter and the height is ca 8 cm. (

silver chased ornamental frontal or diadem from Turkmenistan. Fixed
on iron plaque, it was attached to a cloth cap. Very good quality of silver alloy,
decorated with old glass chased stones. Totally

silver partially gilt Turkoman / Turkmen breast ornament " Göndschük "
from North Afghanistan. In original conditions, not clean. Good alloy of
silver partially gilt and decorated with glass stones at the imitation
of cornelians. Early to mid 20th century. An excellent piece for collectors, in
