A very pretty old silver enameled Kabyle hinjed bracelet from Grande Kabylie, in Algeria. Yellow, blue and green enamel, embellished with real red coral cabochons. Easy and elegant to wear. This old piece ( 40 to 50 years old ) is ligthly damaged by years of intensive use : one crack on the border and some small split by places. All these are few noticiable and do not detract the beauty of the piece. The enamel is well preserved but worn by places. Very good alloy of silver. The hinje system make it easy to wear. The inner diameter is 5.8 cm. ( 2.28" ) and the height is 2.6 cm. ( 1.02" ). The inner circumference measure ca. 18.2 cm. ( 7.16" ). Weighs 54 grams ( 1.90 Oz ).
